Room was clean, breakfast was great (apart from the pod coffee machine not working very well), late check out at 12.00 was really helpful and staff were really friendly at the reception desk and at breakfast. The pool wasn’t open which was a shame as it was 26 degrees whilst we were there. I would definitely stay there again as it was so close to the medieval city.

Not very often you get to stay in a fabulous Hotel found within castle walls in a medieval city built some +800 years ago. An amazing experience for my daughter and I made all that more special due to five star service and extraordinary dining and amenities.
Highly recommended.

The room was large and clean and well-appointed. The gentleman who seemed to be the manager was very kind and accommodating. Food was good. Front desk clerk who checked us in argued that breakfast was not included for our price, and I had to pull up the Expedia receipt details - AND she insisted on calling the manager before she honored it. That made for a rough start to our stay. It is not conveniently located to the walled city - I would have probably booked something closer. However, parking onsite was easy and included, and the manager worked very hard to make sure our stay was comfortable and hospitable - which we appreciated.

A wonderful property mid way up the into the mountains. Cabin was a little small for our family of five. About 15 minutes to the Col d'Aubisque and 15 minutes down into Larun. It is a well placed property. The pool was a great way to relax after a day in the mountains. The hotel attendants were very nice, multi-lingual, and helpful.

We had a wonderful time! The cabin was amazing. It was close to town. We plan on staying there again in the future. The owner Jacob was very nice, very helpful and all around awesome. Thanks for having us.

Checked in in the evening and all was fine. Bed was comfy and shower, although small, was nice and warm. In the morning I tried to use the automatic machine but it didn't work to check out. Luckily the reception opened earlier than the office time so I could check out and head to my event on ...

We were very pleased with having a balcony and a good view of the fortress. This was our second time at Les Chevaliers and one of the reasons we returned was because of the breakfast. The selections were so varied and delicious it was hard to stop eating.
