"DO NOT STAY HERE. I REPEAT — DO NOT STAY HERE. This was genuinely one of the WORST hotel experiences my brother and I have ever had. The problems started immediately when we arrived at 2:50 PM, only 10 minutes before check-in time. There was NO receptionist anywhere in sight. Just another couple sitting there who looked frustrated and had apparently already been waiting a long time themselves. We figured since we were slightly early it wouldn’t be a huge issue, so we sat and waited patiently. By 3:20 PM there was STILL no receptionist. I finally asked the other couple if they had spoken to anyone, and they told us the receptionist said there were no rooms ready and she had gone to “get them ready.” At around 3:40 PM the receptionist finally came back out — except SHE STILL DID NOT HAVE ANY ROOMS AVAILABLE. Since my brother and I were in town for a concert, I asked if we could go grab food and come back later. She told us yes and said to come back after 4:20 PM. We even left our information with her so we could supposedly be prioritized for a room. We returned around 4:45 PM to a HUGE line of people waiting for rooms. At this point I was getting nervous, but figured we’d at least have a room because we had already spoken to her earlier and left our information. Nope. We finally got to the desk around 5:20 PM and SHE STILL DID NOT HAVE A ROOM FOR US. She even admitted she had one room available but “didn’t want to choose” between us and two girls who had JUST arrived no"

"This is an older hotel near the Henry Ford museums. Updates to lobby have been made rooms were clean. It was suprisingly quiet considering how close to busy road. Parking was easy and felt safe. A variety of cold and hot items at breakfast. Great resturant down the road, Turkish Village."

"Room was missing some drawers, AC was so dirty and dusty, there was no soap or shampoo. Bathroom door handle was so messed up. "

"Someone at the front counter gave my room number to a door dash driver and they came kicking my door going off on me and the hotel refused to move my room after the police came because I had to call them on the ladies scaring my children. Then after talking with the hotel manager in the morning, she showed absolutely no care at all and still would not move my room. I was so respectful to the entire staff although I was extremely scared and so were my children. When I checked out I had absolutely no issues, but did not receive my deposit back at all. I was so confused as to why so I called the hotel to ask why. They explained to me the carpet was dirty and the “headboard was completely off the bed” I am so confused how on earth that could happen so I asked for photos. Called them four different times of the day asking for the photos but they still have not sent them. I’m confused and this was not ok at all when I was completely respectful and absolutely did not leave their room dirty at all."
