Entrance and terrace: the entrance opens onto a private terrace, ideal for enjoying the surrounding views and relaxing outdoors.

Living area: modern and minimalist design, with a comfortable sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower.

Mezzanine level: an open staircase leads to the mezzanine (maximum height 1.9 metres), with a cosy double bedroom and an open wardrobe area.



The apartment is ideal for couples or small groups, offering a welcoming and well-balanced space for both short and longer stays.

The property sits at the end of a quiet private road opening directly onto Via Nastro Verde, in a wonderfully scenic and peaceful area just above Sorrento, offering real privacy and open views while staying close to everything:



Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi: a charming village with excellent restaurants, bars and shops, around 15 minutes on foot (or 1 minute by car).

Bus stop Bivio Nastro Verde: about 5 minutes on foot, with connections to Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast.

Sorrento: about 9 km, around 20 minutes by car or bus.

Positano: about 14 km, around 30 minutes by car.

Beaches: Marina del Cantone and Marina di Puolo both about 10 km away, around 20 minutes by car.

Usage policy: the property is designed exclusively for residential stays and a relaxed holiday experience. Events, private parties or gatherings are not permitted. Commercial activities such as photo shoots or filming require prior written approval.

External suppliers: private chefs and catering services are not permitted; all services must be arranged exclusively through Feeling Italy.

Mezzanine: the double bedroom is on a mezzanine level with a maximum height of 1.9 metres.

City tax: €3 per adult per day, applied for the first 7 nights. This tax is required by the Municipality of Massa Lubrense and is payable in cash upon arrival.
