The apartment welcomes guests into a modern and functional space, consisting of a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, coffee maker, and a convenient snack bar with two stools. A stylish built-in unit separates the living area from the sleeping area, which is furnished with a comfortable double bed. The apartment also features a bathroom with a shower, a washing machine, air conditioning, and all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay.

The apartment opens onto a garden shared with the other residences, from which a staircase leads to a path providing access to the beach. In just a few minutes on foot, you can reach Nerano’s public beach, the famous Lido La Perla, and the Sirenuse Mare Beach Club, as well as the picturesque Recommone Bay, which can also be reached by a pleasant walk or by boat.
