Renovated this year in its internal and external spaces, to offer ever greater comfort to its guests, the Villa presents itself as the ideal place to spend quality time in total relaxation with the people closest to you. Once you have left your vehicles in the convenient car park inside the estate, which can comfortably accommodate 4 cars, it will be possible to reach bars, supermarkets, restaurants and all the necessary services on foot without having to travel by car. The strategic position between the Amalfi and Sorrento coasts makes it the ideal place to discover the wonderful places that have made the two coasts famous throughout the world. The stay in Sant'Agata sui due Golfi is particularly relaxing and pleasant also due to the climate, cooler than the towns nearby: in fact, positioned about 400 meters above sea level, it enjoys refreshing evening breezes. The entire Villa is private and is not shared with other guests!!! One of our guests said: “It is not possible from the photos and description to understand what a spacious and beautiful place Villa Emerald is” Now let's try... Internal Spaces: The structure, which in its internal part is around 400m2, is made up of 4 double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 1 large living room, 1 equipped kitchen, 1 open space room and a laundry room all divided into two buildings, a main villa and a beautiful Dependance, set in a magnificent large maniacally cared for garden. Main Villa The main Villa is composed of: • Ground floor : \- A large living room of 90 m2, equipped with bathroom, smart TV, large sofas, dining table and fireplace; \- A large and equipped kitchen; \- An entrance/hallway for access to the upper floor; \- A large bedroom with fireplace and private bathroom; All the rooms on the ground floor have direct access to a large outdoor space, which connects the villa with the annex, perfectly equipped with sofas, deckchairs and umbrellas, an ideal location for outdoor lunches/dinners on cool summer days. • First floor : On the first floor there are two large double bedrooms, one with the possibility of adding two more beds, the other with exclusive access to a large terrace with spectacular views during the sunset hours. A bathroom with shower serves the two bedrooms, which can also be accessed via an external staircase that leads directly to the main entrance of the villa.  The Annex The Dependance is composed of an open space living room/lounge equipped with a kitchenette and dining table, a large double bedroom, a private bathroom and a laundry room. It also has direct access to the large outdoor space, as well as a reserved and protected space intended for services. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. Two single beds and a sofa bed are available on request for a total capacity of 12 people. Baby cots are available upon request. Free Wifi is also present in the external areas. Outdoor spaces : The large outdoor spaces are the perfect place to relax when returning from the crowded and hot tourist areas.  Parking A convenient paved car park, with automatic gate and inside the Villa, can comfortably accommodate 4 cars.  Swimming pool One of the few structures, a stone's throw from the centre, equipped with a swimming pool and a large relaxation area, ideal for cooling off after a day in the heat. Included in the booking is the cleaning of the swimming pool itself which will take place every three days in order to guarantee always crystal clear water!!  Garden Another strong point of the Villa is certainly the large garden, meticulously maintained (just as the grandfather wanted!), which could not miss an orange grove and a lemon grove, typical crops of the area. The garden is also equipped with gas and wood-fired barbecue grills, a large brick oven for pizzas and large tables. The large garden is for the exclusive use of the guests of the Villa, who can use all the existing equipment. Location: Quoting just one of our guests: “The perfect holiday home in a perfect location on the Amalfi / Sorrento Coast” The position is central to the main destinations of the Sorrento and Amalfi coasts. Depart from Sant'Agata sui due Golfi to reach Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi, or the spectacular archaeological sites of Pompeii and Herculaneum. For those who love the sea, walks immersed in the Mediterranean scrub, renting a boat to sail among the Faraglioni of Capri or the Amalfi Coast will be an unforgettable adventure. Not to mention the gastronomy: 44 Michelin stars in Campania in 2021, of which more than half between Sorrento and Amalfi, with the very famous 2-star “Don Alfonso 1890” in Sant'Agata sui due Golfi (500 meters from the “Tenuta Sant' Agata”) and the “Quattro Passi” in Nerano. I stayed in the villa with my family to celebrate my aunts 60th birthday. All women. From the very beginning the communication has been very simple and easy. They could not be anymore accommodating. I asked soooo many questions and for advise in regards to getting to/from the villa. As well as trips and what is in the area. But i always recieved immediate replies. The villa offers so much space, inside and outside. The gardens are beautiful and are stunning to look at. This would be perfect for large families/friends and children. You have everything you would need too. Especially in the kitchen. The hosts/owner has thougjt of everything. Beds were comfy too which is always a bonus. The area is absolutely perfect. Within a 3minute walk you have everything you would need. Supermarkets, butchers, cafe, wine shop, pharmacy. And of course some lovely restaurants and bars (staying open late). Taxis are expensive, although we always had a 7 seater. We figured out the buses and you csn reach the bus stop within a 4 minute walk from the villa all the way unto Sorrento. It only takes 30-40mins and is €2 each way. Super cheap! And there are some lovrly views along the way. So i wouldnt be put off about the distance from Sorrento. This villa was an outstanding home base for our excursions to different parts of the coast. Sant'Agata sui due Golfi is a wonderful little town high up in the hills with great restaurants to experience southern Italian culture and daily life. The villa was clean, spacious, and a wonderful way to wake up in the morning and relax in the evening. Federico and Eduardo could not have been more hospitable and helpful. They helped plan multiple excursions and everything went very smoothly. Federico went way above and beyond to meet us after arriving very late (almost 1:00 am) due to flight issues.
