The 135m² villa is spread over two floors, the villa has a large sea-facing terrace. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, there’s plenty of room for 8 people. Outside, plants and flowers fill the splendid garden which has a sea-view pool, surrounded by sun beds and deckchairs, a patio with tables and chairs, bench seating, outdoor furniture and parasols. On the first floor, the sea view terrace has wicker armchairs, a table, chairs and parasols, offering guests the opportunity to relax and absorb the magnificent views. For your added convenience, there’s space for two parked cars outside. The main entrance from the garden is shared with the residents next door. The terrace and the swimming pool area are private, not shared with anyone. The villa interiors are airy and bright. Upon entering the villa, you are greeted by a large open plan living space with a wooden table and wicker chairs, armchairs and 3 sofas. This leads into the kitchen area which includes a 4-burner hob, microwave, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, dresser and a table for 4\. In short, everything you need for a perfect holiday. All 8 of us enjoyed our stay. There were a couple of small end of season opportunities for improvement which we shared with Amore to pass onto the owners, but I would thoroughly recommend this property to others. The location was excellent with food views. We worked out an easy 30 minute walk into Massa Lubrense that avoided the main roads. They view and the pool are amazing. The property manager is very helpful but will charge you call a cab for you. The house is very cute but needs a good cleaning, new linens and some cosmetic work. All are easy fixes. We did have a problem with ants in the upstairs rooms. The property manager sent over someone to spray and left us a can as well. It nearly resolved the issue. The view is absolutely incredible, perfect to enjoy watching the incredible sunsets and the glistening lights of the Bay of Naples at night. It was very difficult to tear yourself away from it! The villa location is perfect - high on the mountainside, 5 minutes drive from the lovely town of Massa Lubrense and 20 minutes from gorgeous Sorrento. Correspondence with Amore Rentals prior to our holiday was relatively seamless; the local property manager, Giuseppe, was outstanding - he was always on hand via Whatsapp to answer any queries or offer any advice on transportation etc. Our arrival at the villa was much later than expected (in the early hours of the morning after a nightmare of a journey), but Giuseppe was in contact with us to make sure we arrived safely, providing directions and had bought us some essentials to stock the fridge for our arrival. He also advised us of a planned local water turn off, but supplied us with large plastic containers so that we could stock up in preparation. He is very professional, very friendly and approachable - a real credit to Amore Rentals! There were a few very minor points to address and these have been sent to Amore Rentals directly, but in no way did they affect our enjoyment of the holiday and I would certainly recommend staying at this amazing villa to anyone! ##### Louise E. The property manager Giuseppe met us at the property and gave us a tour of the house and explained to us where we could go. Anytime we contacted him he always was helpful (even before we arrived) We had a few issues with ants in one of the rooms upstairs and when we contacted Giuseppe he sent us some powder. The pool was always cleaned. Kitchen had mostly everything ( but no paper towels or foil paper or cling film ) and it had only 2 tea towels. Kettle was leaking and we mentioned it on the day we checked out so that they can replace it. The bus stop is just down the road and we found it very handy as we did not want to drive into Sorrento. We had a fabulous holiday and highly recommend this villa. Also the office "amore" very accommodating ( we bought few things from Amazon as we did not want to bring with us and they accepted the delivery and kept it for us until we arrived ) The villa is hard to find with waze /google maps we discovered that the best address to put is \~Via Turro Another thing i would mention is that there are no supermarkets or shops within walking distance! the closest is approximately 2 miles and as the road are very narrows you cannot walk anywhere (no side walks!) Bedrooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Well appointed kitchen, although a little smaller than expected. Much appreciated parking for vehicles. The house manager, Giuseppe, was incredibly helpful and friendly with excellent recommendations for local restaurants and other places to go. Our group of 7 was very happy with our stay! However, there was practically no Wifi and no phone signal. Guiseppe, the manager was extremely helpful and made our time there more enjoyable. What an amazing 4 days we had. We came through the tunnel and wound our way through beautiful scenery. Giuseppe, the property manager, met us, gave us a tour of the beautiful house, told us where we could eat and shop and encouraged us to contact him with any questions! We loved our time in the area and did contact Giuseppe who set us up with waterfront dinner in an exceptional restaurant that included travel to and from the house. Vesuvius, Ischia, and the tip of Capri. The house was beautifully decorated with terraces to escape to. The kitchen had all essentials however, a few more bowls in different sizes would have helped. (There were no closed containers to store left overs.) Our property manager, Giuseppe, was fantastic and he took the time to explain various aspects of the property, local history, and make recommendations for visiting the area all of which were worthwhile. Finding the place was a little challenging because GPS/Waze/Google Maps took us to a different location. Without contacting Giuseppe we would have been searching much longer. There's a little road off from the bus stop and Terrace CapriBreze Food & Drink that will take you up to the villa's gate. Whatever form of transportation you're taking, it will take you three times longer than you anticipate. Slowing down was very much a part of our experience and the windy roads and cars forced us to take the time to look beyond the next destination. Durch die hohe Lage ist die Aussicht einfach traumhaft, man sieht Neapel, Ischia und Capri bei klaren Tagen. Der private Pool ist ein besonderer Bonus, leider war er bei unserem Aufenthalt schon sehr kalt, wo der Vermieter aber natürlich nichts dafür kann(Mitte Oktober). Die Villa mit ihren Terassen und auch der Innenausstattung ist einfach ein Traum! Einzig die Endreinigung von 250,-€ finde ich zu teuer, aber wer weiß wie manche Gäste das Anwesen verlassen. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt, ich kann diese Unterkunft nur jedem wärmstens empfehlen, wir würden wiederkommen. Beautiful views once we had negotiated the hairy drive up from Sorrento (road to Positano is an easier drive). Plenty of restaurants a short drive away. Agent very helpful.
