"I had a two nights stay at Hilton Boston Back Bay hotel. I found the hotel is clean and maintained well in general. However, the front desk staff are acting unprofessionally as when checking in guest, there is no introduction about hotel amenities, paid breakfast time detail, etc. When asking them for a room change support due to an issue that affects the comfort of stay, the first reply given by the front desk staff to me was it is not necessary for the change, the staff shows no smile and unwillingness to help guest when there is a need. I later gave up to request for a room change and decided to compromise for another night. I know that I will not go back to this hotel next time."
