The place is perfect for a family--spacious but cozy, well appointed but not cluttered. Very close to South Cape Beach, Popponesset Inn, Mashpee Commons, etc. Ethan was cordial and responsive, and everything was easy and pleasant. Highly recommend! ##### Elizabeth M. Comfortable condo for 4 adults each bedroom has own full bathroom. Nice outside patio o er looking a green on golf course. It’s a little tricky finding it lots of condos and streets but we did find it. Ethan the host was great answering all questions quickly. Owner accomodated an early checkin which we appreciated. I would suggest the owner streamline the property by ridding of property of family photos , knick knacks , excess foods except basics (salt pepper a couple of basic seasonings) . There was also alot of "stuff" in the bedroom closets and bathroom drawers. The unit was pretty clean. This was fine for a one or two night stay but would not want it for a week.
