The rooms seem to be 'express cleaned' e.g carpet was full of dirt / dust, balconies covered in dust (table, chairs and floor), hand marks on windows. "

"I spoke with Dennis to confirm our stay 2 days before check-in. At check-in time, the keys were nowhere to be found. Dennis wouldn't answer my calls or messages. My family and I were left stranded on the streets after a long 18-hour flight. I contacted VRBO support who told me Dennis double-booked and was unwilling to cancel my booking.
