Die Kommunikation mit Marco läuft schnell und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist genau wie in der Anzeige beschrieben und die Bilder sind aktuell. Kleinere Makel sind zum einen der extrem kalte Pool (zumindest im Oktober) sowie die Lage an der extrem befahrenen Straße. La maison est très propre, très bien entretenue et très sécurisée. Elle est idéalement placée pour visiter l'Est de la Sicile, à 40 mn de l'aéroport de Catane, au pied de l'Etna. Taormine, Syracuse, Noto et Messine notamment sont facilement accessibles. La vue sur la mer depuis la terrasse est fabuleuse et les appartements sont très spacieux et bien équipés. Enfin, Marco le propriétaire est extrêmement sympathique, très disponible et d'excellents conseils pour les visites, les sites à voir et les restaurants à tester ! Nous n'avons jamais été déçus. L'excursion sur l'Etna avec son ami Gianfranco est une superbe expérience. Notre fils a eu un problème dentaire sur place, Marco nous a obtenu un rendez-vous chez un dentiste de sa connaissance dans la matinée. Nous avons avons séjourné en famille (2 adultes et 2 enfants de 9 et 7 ans) 3 semaines en Juillet 2017 chez Marco. De notre arrivée jusqu'a notre départ tout fut parfait. Marco est disponible et facilement joignable. Il est aussi de bon conseil, je vous recommande le restaurant "La Spiga" qui est a moins d'un kilomètres de la villa. Parlons-en de la villa, elle est idéalement située pour visiter toute la côte Ouest de la Sicile, la région de l'Etna, Taormine, Syracuse, Les gorges de l'Alcantara, bref de belle balade ... et quand on rentre un petit plongeon dans l'une des deux piscines est vraiment très apprèciable. Les abords de la villa sont trés bien entretenu par Alfio, le jardin est superbe. Que dire de plus a part "Merci mille fois Marco !" et promis on reviendra ! ##### Michael P. Allerdings verläuft direkt dahinter eine mäßig befahrene Straße, die durchaus hörbar ist. Marco ist mittlerweile zum beschäftigen Gastgeber geworden und widmet sich nur noch den größeren Anliegen. Heerlijk om buiten te zitten, te bbq'en en van het weer te genieten. WiFi signaal was alleen buiten te bereiken, dat was jammer. En huurauto is noodzakelijk want locatie is niet optimaal. This review was submitted before 2018 and has not been verified. ### 10/10 Excellent #### jean-yves L., CAEN 23 Jul 2016 #### Vraiment extraordinaire Merci merci merci merci Location formidable dans un petit complexe familial de cinq petites locations dans un environnement magnifique avec vues sur MASCALI et la mer d'un côté et de l'autre ETNA La propriété extérieure est très entretenue très propre très étudiées et idéale pour les vacanciers car divers endroits aménagés permettant le calme La piscine principale est très propre très entretenue bien exposée et d'excellentes chaises longues Le gîte est très bien conçu très bien décoré très agréable à vivre et complètement indépendant des autres et possède une grande et magnifique terrasse très bien ombragée Le petit complexe est très bien placé pour visiter l'est de la Sicile ce qui peut éviter de plus grands trajets A une heure trente maximum on peut faire syracuse noto catane piazza armerina caltagirone taormina et j'en passe et letna Les plages sont sympathiques Sinon ETNA à faire avec guide reconnu et ami de MARCO le propriétaire Jean franco est le guide il vient vous chercher au gîte et vous emmene à la découverte de l'étranger en vous expliquant énormément de choses en français et en nous emmenant sur le versant nord, une magnifique journée très intéressante et captivante, je recommande vivement cette journée et ce personnage fantastique qu'est jean franco Et pour terminer parlons de Marco le propriétaire Personne toujours disponible pour nous informer nous conseiller nous orienter D'une très grande gentillesse d'une très grande sympathie d'un très grand naturel d'un grand professionnalisme il sera vous amener à vivre de merveilleuses vacances dans cette région Marco à toujours été à notre écoute er à toujours su nous apporter une réponse immédiate Il nous a conseillé une pizzeria non loin du gîte, et bien foncez car franchement c'est top et petit budget Merci à toi Marco pour cette semaine extraordinaire dans ta magnifique propriété C'est le plus beau gîte et site que nous avons eu depuis que nous voyageons Merci beaucoup Jean Yves Sylvie gaetane et marine ##### jean-yves L. Marco is very friendly and helpful and any problems he sorts out immediately. The accommodation is air conditioned, which was essential in the Sicilian heat. The property has good security and felt very safe. The views are stunning across the pool to the sea and despite there being a number of children staying in different properties they all shared the pool in a considerate way. There is a BBQ area and washing machine, and each apartment has a big fridge/freezer. The apartment has everything that you could wish for. We will definitely stay again. ##### Claire G. La propiedad en muy buenas condiciones y la zona de jardín y piscina espectacular. Casa con barbacoa y garaje también, cosa que por allí se valora y mucho. Les lieux sont vraiment magnifiques et très bien entretenus bénéficiant d une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer du fond du jardin au niveau du bain ionisé ainsi que sur l Etna ou nous avons eu la chance de le voir en irruption!. la location est au calme tout en restant très facile d accès aux sites touristiques de l est de la Sicile. Pour finir, je tiens a préciser que Marco, propriétaire des lieux est très disponible et très arrangeant tant au niveau des réservations par mail que sur place. Nous sommes venus entre amis dans cette maison et avons passés d excellentes vacances! Je recommande! ##### yoann l. La ubicación es muy buena a pocos kilometros de las atracciones turísticas del este de Sicilia y en la misma falda del Etna pero se respiraba mucha tranquilidad. La zona exterior está muy cuidada tanto la piscina como el jardín y tienes aparcamiento dentro de la finca, cosa muy valorada!! Marco ha sido muy amable y ha estado en todo momento pendiente de nuestras necesidades, han sido unas vacaciones inolbidables!! mis hijos no querian volver!!!!! ##### Josep Miquel C. ---
