The staff were brilliant -Sandro at breakfast and Maria Sara on reception, very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Probably some others as well but I didn’t get the names.

Air conditioning was broken, they wouldn’t move us to another room. We walked out. Staff was not helpful at all and didn’t care about the situation. Told us to “write the manager after we got home for a refund.” Unacceptable.

What a lovely hotel, in a wonderful location. I definitely would stay here again. Wonderful amenities. The breakfast had fantastic options for everyone. Fantastic hotel right on the beach. The spa was lovely, my Mom and I enjoyed the sauna and steam room. I took my Mom for her 80th birthday celebration and I already told my husband that I can’t wait to come back and bring him and the kids in the future!
