"Wonderful location in the hills outside Bologna. Fantastic thermal spa pools. Nice food and great staff (reception speak english). The room was basic and definitely overpriced. 2 stars at best Euro 65 per night should be the price, in my experienced opinion. Noisy and drafty accommodation. Conversations in the corridors and stairwells echoed around the whole building. Smokers' cigarette smoke somehow drifted into my room. WiFi was non-existent. In summary, bad hotel for business travellers....

One of the highlights was doing the Pasta making experience. We met Monica who showed us her pasta making skills and she was so warm and lovely and talented and Mara translated Beautifully. Mara also met us with a Prosecco when we arrived. After we were able to sample the pasta and the waiter was so knowledgeable about both food and wine (sadly can’t remember his name). The people at reception always greeted us with smiles and very knowledgeable l. I am actually sad to leave."
