First, please NOTE that even though the listing says that the Level Junior Suite comes with a King bed and a full sofa bed, we arrived to learn that the hotel has NO full sofa beds. All of them are singles. Since we're a family of 4, that was a problem, so they moved us into a larger room (the regular "suite" room was not a suite, it's just this room in the picture with the twin sofa bed at the foot). I don't know if Expedia can amend the description, but the staff seemed confused as to why this was in the description.
The suite we were given was much better...it was like 2 rooms but with a heavy velvet curtain in between. They brought in a twin cot with a mattress that was made up like a bed so we smashed that next to the twin sofa bed for two kids to sleep on. That left a small sliver of space to walk to the bathroom but we were fine with it. We loved the fact that this suite had a small table with 4 chairs, which enabled us to get takeout dinners at eat them in the room some of our nights.
We stayed 6 nights in total. We loved the breakfasts at the Level. During the day, there is fruit, bread/scones/jam, and in the evening there's some very light tapas. My son has many food allergies, and one staff member in particular was super helpful in finding (and even ordering) breakfast items he could eat. His name was Zubair, and he truly went above and beyond.
