A perfect place to spend a week after a fabulous walk on the Camino with my wife. Step out the door and you can immediately enjoy the busy scene near the water, and walk to many other attractions, restaurants, shops, and music. In spite of this, our room was insulated from the noise and was a great place to come back to as a break before an evening meal. The staff was great -- always polite and attentive, usually humorous and engaging, and genuinely wanting to help with anything to make the guest happy. In the lobby there was always a supply of infused ice water, fruit and pastries, and sometimes a glass of sparkling wine. We used the wonderful spa several times, and it was easy to reserve. If you stay here, do not miss the museum with the Roman (and other) ruins.

Because this hotel was significantly cheaper than others in the same trendy neighborhood, we were worried about what we would find. However, everything about our experience—from the room to the service—was terrific. The flat is clean with an ultra modern vibe. Our room overlooked a lovely city square. The breakfast was all that you could want. We even got a free parking spot (there are 3 on a first come basis). I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends who want to explore central Lisbon.

Great location, very clean, quiet, and helpful staff. What more do you want? The air conditioning took a bit if fiddling, but it got there eventually. Staff were especially helpful in arranging for transport to the airport in the early hours for our group of 6 with luggage.
