  • 100sqm house; kitchen and open space room with sofa bed 2 places combined fridge microwave dishwasher oven. pellet stove, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower and washing machine. private garden of 200sqm. a truly magical place immersed in a truly unique context to relax.




    my accommodation is suitable for couples, business travelers and families (with children), sea lovers and hikers because the village is located in a wonderful valley and close to a temple where there are hiking trails. it is also indicated for the elderly because the country is peaceful.


    In the village there is everything you need: 2 markets, cellar, pharmacy, bank, post office, 5 bars, 1 pizzeria, clothing store, butchers, the weekly market, soccer field and tobacconist's. At 6 km from Martis in the village of Chiaramonti there is a swimming pool open in the summer.
