A charming apartment with a balcony that comfortably accommodates two people in its 55 square metres, equipped with all the essential amenities for a pleasant stay. The location is unbeatable: we’re right in the heart of city centre (ZTL), with all essential amenities within easy reach and just a short walk from major attractions, including the Basilica of San Martino (150 metres away) and the Palazzo Ducale (400 metres away), among many others. The Martina Franca train station is a 13-minute walk away.



The 55-square-meter apartment is located on the ground floor of a historic building without an lift (6 high steps to enter) and features a private entrance.



The interior space is arranged on two levels and is divided as follows:



Lower level

- KITCHENETTE equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, moka pot, and microwave

- LIVING AREA with a dining table and stools, a sofa, and a smart TV with Netflix (NO Antenna)

- BATHROOM equipped with toilet, bidet, and shower stall



Upper floor (requires climbing a flight of stairs):

- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and split A/C

- Covered BALCONY with chairs and a small table.



Note: The fireplace in the bedroom is NOT operational.

Air conditioning is available ONLY on the upper floor.



Additional amenities available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, fan, clothes drying rack, iron and ironing board, carbon monoxide and smoke detectors.

Towels and bed linens included (with optional changes available for a fee).



PLEASE NOTE: The apartment is located on a pedestrian street that is NOT accessible by car and is within the restricted traffic zone (ZTL). You must park in a paid car park on Via Mercadante near Via Gianbattista Vico (about 250–300 metres from the apartment) and then continue on foot along Via Gianbattista Vico.



Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax owed to the Municipality of Martina Franca.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Esummer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

In winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which the system may be operated and the daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
