"When we first arrived to the property there were canisters of drugs in the parking location, the front door was not easy to find, and when we entered the property there was an overwhelming smell of damp/mould. The entire property was covered in marks and stains, including the walls and carpets. There were rips in the sofa and the shower was set to the hottest temperature and we were unable to make it any cooler so that was unusable. We were told there was a noise “ban” in place from 10pm - 7am...

"Found the studio ok on the surface, but not up to usual Vrbo standards mainly because the ‘host’ was in contact remotely, so the problems we encountered were not able to be dealt with straight away. The shower was Luke warm and hardly more than a dribble, still not sorted after 2 nights. We were cold at night and requested blankets for the next night, but was dismissed via text as not being available. The kitchen sink didn’t have a working plug, so made washing pots difficult.
