"The whole hotel smelled strongly of cigarettes, and the bed sheets had burn marks on them. On the first night, at around 1:00 a.m., a woman was screaming for about 15 minutes. The staff said they removed her, but the incident was very frightening. The hotel’s location is also in a very rough neighborhood, ..."
