The villa has 4 master bedrooms that can accommodate 8 people. It also includes two modernised independent bunker-type spaces, each equipped with a bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom. These two spaces allow a total capacity of 12 beds, while guaranteeing comfort, independence and privacy for all occupants.

Positioned on the front line facing the sea, these bunkers benefit from large openings to the outside. Located on the last boundary between the property and the coastline, they offer a unique experience: a true feeling of overhanging the Mediterranean, giving the impression of literally floating above the water.

The master suite, located on the ground floor, opens onto a privileged space offering absolute calm and privacy, while benefiting from unobstructed views of the surrounding environment.

The other bedrooms, also located upstairs, have been furnished in a more minimalist style in order to adapt to a lower ceiling height (approximately 1m60).
This architectural feature reinforces their intimate and enveloping character, creating real cocooning spaces, conducive to rest and tranquillity.

Outside, the experience continues in a spectacular setting: a recent swimming pool, perfectly integrated into its environment, sunny terraces, a dining area suspended above the waves and lounge areas conducive to relaxation.

All in an intimate atmosphere, without vis-à-vis, where only the sound of the waves punctuates the days.
