Located in the middle of the vineyards, the recently renovated house offers calm and space, just a few minutes from the beaches.

The exterior includes a large plot with swimming pool, terrace, barbecue and trampoline.
Inside, there are 4 suites on 2 floors with WC and private shower rooms, a fitted kitchen and a spacious living space shared in a TV area, fireplace and dining room.
We have recently renovated this large house to share good times with others, while guaranteeing everyone their privacy.
The house is composed of 2 floors.
The 1st floor corresponds to a spacious bedroom with a 160x200cm bed, and a bathroom with WC.
On the ground floor, the bright living room offers you a large space divided into a TV area with sofa, and a fireplace - library area with armchairs, a dining room that can accommodate 12 people and a fully equipped kitchen.
The "night" areas include 2 suites with double beds (140x200 and 160x200), toilets and adjoining bathrooms, and a bedroom with private shower room that can accommodate 4 children's beds +/- baby cot or 1 double bed 160x200.
The exterior consists of
- a large field with a trampoline of 3m in diameter,
- a 4x8m and 1m40 deep swimming pool equipped with a staircase and a 1m50 wide deck for your comfort,
- a terrace with garden furniture and a large table to welcome you
- a wood-burning barbecue area communicating with the kitchen.
