This house, which is entirely reserved for you, is surrounded by nature, you will not have any overlooked area.

Inside you will discover:
-A spacious entrance.
-A bedroom of approximately 11m² with a 160x200cm bed (EMMA mattress), and a dressing room with wardrobe. The window with shutter and curtain with view on the garden.
-A living room of approximately 20m² tiled with tiles, has a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, dishwasher, traditional oven and microwave, a fridge freezer , a Senseo coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle as well as numerous utensils.
The dining area is composed of a round table with four chairs.
The living room area has a two-seater convertible sofa with a real mattress (possibility of a mattress topper for even more comfort), a 107cm television with TNT and access to the majority of channels via internet and streaming (all channels of the Canal+ group, Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime).
Wifi is available unlimited and free for the entire duration of your journey.
A storage space for the vacuum cleaner, broom, and cleaning products.
-A shower room with a vanity unit, a toilet, a tiled shower with column, and a washing machine.

Outside adjoining the gîte you will have:
-A private terrace (with lights), table & chairs and a charcoal barbecue.

Still outside, through a private gate you will access:
-The swimming pool area consisting of a fenced zone of more than 600m² with deckchairs.
-A rectangular concrete swimming pool measuring 10x5m with a depth of 1.2m to 1.75m running on chlorine.
(Unsupervised and shared with owners only).
-A hut with counter, water point, fridge and microwave.
-A sun protected picnic area near the palm tree, with table, chairs and charcoal barbecue

Super Unterkunft mit super Pool

Bei Hitzewelle super Abkühlung durch Pool und hervorragender Klimaanlage, viele süße Strände in der Umgebung und Ausflugsziele, wie z,B. Die carmague und martigue. Sehr nette Vermieter, die bei der Ankunft mit gekühltem Wein und Eis begrüßen. Dennoch privat und eigenständig. Wir haben es geliebt. Herzlichen Dank
