Er was geen airco in de slaapkamers, enkel airco in de leefruimte. Zwembad, pizza-oven en barbecue waren niet zo proper. Zeer beperkt aanbod van potten en pannen. Het ziet er wat afgeleefd uit. Schimmel in een kast. Beschadigde muren. Verschillende bouten steken door de stenen van het terras.
