Reserve deja occupé

Il n'y a pas eu de logement vue que après avoir payer et 3 jours avant je reçoit la confirmation de propriétaire que l'appartement été deja louer a une autre personne. Et jusqu'à present je nest toujours pas reçu le remboursement!!! Est cela apres plusieurs réclamations
