The living area is connected to the kitchen with a view of the Egadi islands, which offers a 5-burner gas hob, a family fridge, a large freezer, a pantry stocked with all kinds of household appliances, and all kinds of utensils for cooking and setting the table to perfection.
The two bedrooms offer comfortable mattress and pillows in both feather and memory with hypoallergenic solutions. In each bedroom there is a large wardrobe and a private balcony with sea and city view, furnished with table and chairs. The corridor leads to the modern bathroom complete with shower. The flat has air conditioning in the bedrooms and independent heating. The wifi internet covers the whole building and a 5G speed offers a stable line for those who have to work.
