My room wasn’t ready on time and that’s unwelcome news after 8 hrs drive from nyc. The receptionist used two way device to communicate to see the room status and I understand it wasn’t the receptionist’s fault for room not being ready. However, they all work for Hilton. If the room is not available as per the reservation then the hotel has no business in lodging business. Free breakfast was offered , hence, i am place two stars. Breakfast and the crew were excellent by the way.
