"The riad is outside the city with a drive to the center taking around 15min and no services in walking distance. With that said the hotel itself was really nice and the pool is a big plus. The staff was very supportive and friendly."

"Watch out - I made a reservation at this place but it was on another name. When I arrived they said they didn’t had any reservation under my name, while I was with my wife and my 3 year old kiddo in the middle of the medina. The owner kindly offer to meet in a couple of hours because he had a meeting before, so we could wait at the reception. Of course, beign right in the middle of the medina, in a country we do not know and with my kid, we just left the place and search for another one. While...

"The staff at the hotel are so friendly, especially Abdul & Hassan. The host Sobha was very friendly and made a point of meeting us. We arranged return transfers from the airport through Sobha and this was very easy once we arrived. We also arranged a trip through Sobha and we had comfortable transfers and friendly drivers!"

Luxe with friendly staff

"This Road was stunning lovely location. It I’d important to note that you should organise with the hotel your arrival and departure ahead of time. Whether you come from the train station or the airport you will need to negotiate with the taxi driver. Then a local will need to help guide you and carry your bags to the Road for a fee that you can negotiate. The staff is super friendly and helpful and will go out of their way to support you during your stay. Make sure you stay more than one night to enjoy all the things there are to do and see."

"First time in Morocco and we had the most wonderful stay! The riad has a truly beautiful interior. From the very start Sihame was so helpful as was all the reception and staff. We were given a wonderful room. We felt right at home from the minute we stepped in. The room was lovely, very clean and thankfully v cool and the bathroom products. Wow! We booked an atlas mountain tour through the Road and it was worth every penny. Food was lovely. I really cannot fault Riad Ksar Annika. A bonus...the airport transfer / taxi can park right outside the front door. Huge bonus in the medina. Trust me. Thank you to you all. We will be back. We have found a new travel family and have already recommended you to friends and family. "

Exceptional stay

"Absolutely exceptional stay at Riad Saba! One of the biggest advantages is that the riad is car accessible with parking available right nearby—such a rare find in the Medina, where most hotels can’t offer this convenience. The owner is personally involved in the day-to-day management, which means that even the smallest operational issues are resolved immediately by the attentive staff. The breakfast was a real highlight—fresh, delicious, and served by a kitchen organizer who truly goes above and beyond. The person who was helping with the luggage was another exceptional staff member. The rooms are beautifully authentic, tastefully designed in traditional Moroccan style, and the atmosphere throughout the riad is warm and welcoming. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a unique and hassle-free experience in Marrakesh!"

"A beautiful property once you step inside. This hotel only has 6 rooms and ours was decorated like a palace. The staff was really helpful and all spoke multiple languages. The rooftop pool was always quiet and clean and very relaxing. The street around the hotel was very loud, and very dirty, so we were grateful for the Oasis this hotel provided. "
