Villa Assi Prestige brings together the intimacy of an entire villa and the character of a Moroccan riad. Made for one party of up to six guests, this three-bedroom home offers space to spend time together, with personal touches that make a stay feel considered from the first morning to the final airport transfer. The villa is arranged over three levels and is always reserved exclusively for your group.

THREE BEDROOMS, TWO BATHROOMS

The Assi suite has a king bed and its own bathroom with a bathtub and shower. Serena has a double bed, while Oussou has two twin beds that can be brought together on request. Serena and Oussou share the second bathroom, which has a shower. This layout suits families or friends who want their own bedrooms while sharing the villa's living spaces.

SPA LEA AND CHJARA-STELLA

In the private Lea courtyard, Spa Lea offers a heated six-person hot tub with a teak surround, three access steps and a teak ledge. It is a private relaxation space, distinct from the larger swimming pool shared by the residence's residents and guests. Access to that shared pool is subject to the residence's opening times and rules.

Above the villa, Chjara-Stella is a 50 m² rooftop with a second heated hot tub, lounge and tea area, plus two massage tables for solo or duo treatments on request at an extra charge. Enjoy a quiet moment with a book, gather over tea or make the rooftop part of an evening spent together. The courtyard and rooftop are private to your group.

L’ART DU SOIN — PALAIS ASSI SIGNATURE

Extend your private retreat with signature massages, face and body treatments, and beauty rituals using Botanika Marrakech products. Our team arranges your treatment in the air-conditioned Moroccan salon or on Chjara-Stella, depending on the weather and your preference. Solo or duo sessions are available by advance request, subject to therapist availability. This signature in-villa experience is optional and carries an additional charge; your chosen treatment, time and public price are confirmed before you agree.

SIGNATURE SERVICES INCLUDED

Your stay includes Signature breakfast prepared each morning, daily housekeeping, premium linen and welcome amenities. Private Marrakech Menara Airport transfers are also included at no extra charge: one arrival transfer and one departure transfer for one party in one vehicle.

Wi-Fi is available in the villa, and a rechargeable Orange mobile Wi-Fi hotspot is provided for your outings. Netflix and Prime Video are available through the villa's dedicated subscriptions on equipped televisions. These practical comforts leave you free to enjoy your time in Marrakech.

MAKE THE STAY YOUR OWN

A private chef, signature in-villa treatments, yoga or fitness sessions, photography, babysitting, additional private-driver services and local experiences can be arranged on request at an extra charge. Availability, arrangements and prices are confirmed in writing before you commit. These optional services are separate from the Signature services included with your stay.

ARRIVAL AND HOUSE RULES

Check-in is from 3 pm. Late arrivals can be welcomed at any hour; please share your expected arrival time in advance through Vrbo so we can organise your welcome. Check-out is by 11 am. One-night stays are welcome all year, including weekends and festive periods, subject to availability.

The villa accommodates a maximum of six guests. Events, pets and smoking indoors are not permitted.

For entrance security, an active video camera monitors the exterior entrance. It does not record audio. There are no cameras inside the villa or in leisure areas.
