"Our stay at Riad Andalla Spa was unforgettable, and what made it so special was the staff. I have traveled all over the world, and this was honestly the best hospitality experience I have ever had. I came to Morocco for my birthday, and they truly made it the best birthday ever. Before we even arrived, Abdo was communicating with me and making everything easy and welcoming from the start. Meeting him in person on our last day was such a pleasure. Abdulla was incredibly kind, helpful, and always there whenever we needed anything. He clearly keeps everything running perfectly behind the scenes, and the riad could not be in better hands. And Ali… Ali was extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel like family. He was always there making us laugh, helping us, and captivating us with his incredible tea-pouring skills while making the riad feel like home. One night we got completely lost in the medina, and somehow Ali appeared out of nowhere like an angel and personally walked us back to the riad — despite not even working that night. That moment perfectly captured the kindness and care we experienced throughout our stay. The riad itself is beautiful and perfectly located, with an amazing rooftop and an atmosphere full of life and energy, but it is the people who make it truly magical. Thank you to Abdo, Abdulla, Ali, and the entire team for memories we will never forget. We already cannot wait to return to Marrakech and stay with them again."

"The hotel and facilities were in line with expectations. The food provided for all inclusive was also very good. Lots of choice and plenty of times where food is available, There are virtually no periods where a selection of hot food was not available. Where to get drinks is unnecessarily confusing/changing. During the day its at one bar during the evening the same bar is chargeable drinks only. The staff and service is poor for the rating of hotel. No one comes to you at the poor for drinks. Servers constantly walk past you during meal times, you either need to tip to get some attention or constantly flag someone down. Needs improvement. I booked a family pool side room, assuming this would be on the ground floor with pool access. However this is not the case, I was given a first floor room with a tiny view of the pool, I raised this with the reception staff and he just said that it was a pool side room and that there were no family rooms on the ground floor. This was a clear lie as I saw families (with young children) going in and out of ground floor rooms."

"The pool area is great, clean, plenty of sunbeds, towels really tatty. Hotel was obviously built to a high spec but has be left unmaintained. This would be our third visit to the hotel, mostly governed by its location. Medina 20 min walk, Gueliz 20 mins. However, the shower head and sealant now dirty, we had water coming through the light fitting on two occaisions. Reception staff, some are super helpful, some are surely and having ordered a taxi at 8am for 11am to go to the airport I was not amused that no taxi was available. It is a shame that the hotel standards have deteriorated yet again"

"From the moment that we arrived and were greeted with mint tea we realized that we were in a great Riad. Everyone was wonderful. Unfortunately we were in a basic room as others were booked out but it was more than adequate. Breakfast was also great. One thing to keep in mind that it is very useful to have gps on first visit as while it is close to the square where the taxis drop you off, it is a bit difficult to find We would happily return."
