Good breakfast every morning!
The hotel can use some remodeling. But, it was very nice, service, the restaurant upstairs serve excellent food. The staff was very helpful and kind. The location was great, even though the club is right there on site. Sleeping was not a problem.

Fab Hotel.
A group of us lads went to stay here and from start to finish the customer service was excellent. The reception member of staff Mr Hassan was really friendly and always addressed our needs. All staff were very friendly, the roof top swimming pool area was excellent, so relaxing, music playing, plenty of sunshine. Great experience. Matyen

Sack the mnanager
Although the staff are very friendly and honest they are poorly trained. A new manager is required ( with experience ) is required. The present one has no idea. The rooms are very basic 2* standard, Pool area 3* standard. There is great potential here if there is a new captain to steer this ship!

A 5 Hotel Star??? Not at all!
My boyfriend and I booked this hotel because it seemed nice and outside of the city since what we wanted was to rest. There were renovation works going on at the hotel so we woke up EVERY day with hammer / drilling noises! To add that the room may look nice but the bed was terrible! I left with a terrible back pain so did my boyfriend. The reception staff were nice but that was it. We only had the breakfast in the morning and left because it was not the place to be if you needed to rest. Very dissapointing unfortunately.

Rooms have an ethnic morroccan feel to it!
The rooms is very pretty, however theres no balcony or terrace which is usually nice! The breakfast selection is the poorest experience for a 5 star! The pool is so tiny you can barely swim! However it is a relaxing stay if you have a nice room!

Traditional morocco meets 80's coke party!
After setting us up with the room with a broken sink and leaking toilet, the gave us a nice clean one that was slightly down graded from the first. The room was nice with a flat screen, working AC and nice bathroom. The downstairs of the hotel was set up in traditional Moroccan. But the rooftop pool and restaurant is a gaudy all white 80's club scene where the owner proceeds to yell at all the staff while he walks around like a modern sultan. The food was good at the restaurant but very expensive. The club on the rooftop goes all night and can be heard in everyroom. The staff other than the owner are very nice. The hotel is very close to the airport and their shuttle service is very accomidating. I would only stay there again if I was going to the airport the next day, but would have prefered to have spent a little more and stayed at one of the nicer surrounding hotels.

Hotell og service er ok. Men med diskotek på taket og nattklubb i kjelleren er støynivået på natten langt over "normalt".

Hotel a eviter loin de tout c est un complexe de prostitution, tres bruyant musique a fond jusqu a 4h30 du matin, pas de frigo et pas de coffre. Personnel pas souriant très désagréable et méprisant envers les touristes veulent vous arnaquer et vous voler avec une taxe de sejour par per. et par jour a 34.10dh on vous demande de payer des choses deja régler, de vrais voleurs. Sauf Mr tarek qui est tres serviable et professionnel, EN BREF je ne retournerais plus jamais dans cet hôtel

I would certainly book this hotel again!
* Breakfast was great sometimes i just come slighty later then closing time. Butt they make breakfast specialy for me iff i asked. * I was upgraded to a suite as the room i booked was allready taken! * The shopping centre Almazar is behind the hotel about 300 meters walking. The Almazar offers clothing, parfum, coffee and more shops. The shopping centre Almazar also offers a cash machine, Burger king, traditional morrocan food, Pizza hut, Domino's pizza and much more. * In the reception u can use a computer with internet! And iff you need to print something then its not a problem! * Special thanks to the hotel manager Nordin this man always makes you feel welcome! * The free WiFi is great! * The cleaning lady's do there job very good! (do not forget to tip them!) * This hotel is in a complex that offers you the best sisha club in Marrakech it's named Nargui Five. * This hotel has the best sky bar! * This hotel is in in a complex that offers you free entrance to the nightclub inside the complex named 555. This is the best nightclub in Marrakech with a dancefloor. Not every club in Marrakech has a dancefloor! * I was surprised to see that the club 555 offers tourist girls free vodka and wishkey at the club! * Iff you are coming to sleep properly in the night then this is not the hotel you should choose. The music comes inside youre room very loud. Thats why its called a clubbing hotel. As for me it was not a problem because i came to party!

Ushuai, byens bedste hotel.
Havde nogle fantastiske dage på hotellet. Vi havde boet på hotellet tidligere og bookede det igen. Særligt stemningen og skybar på taget var fantastisk. Dejlig stemning, skønne omgivelser og lounge. Gode vandpiber og lækre drinks. Poolen er ligeledes skøn. På hotellet finder man også en fantastisk restaurant Le Strass, med skøn mad og flot show.

Lækkert Hotel.
Hotellet er meget lækkert. Har nogle gode og pæne værelser. Hotellet har på taget en lækker terrasse, med pool, bar, restaurant og lounge. Eneste minus med hotellet er dels at loungen på taget spiller musik til kl. 02.00 og der er i kælderen er et kæmpe diskotek der spiller til kl. 04.00. Såfremt man ikke er indstillet på at feste og være oppe til sent skal man nok finde et andet hotel. Ellers et udmærket hotel til festglade feriegæster.

franchement très bonne hôtel je vous le recommande si vous voulez être un minimum éloigné du centre ville , une boite juste collé a l'hotel mais une fois dans les chambres aucun bruit n'est audible. juste un petit bémol si vous partez pendant les moment hivernal je trouve qu'il fait un peu frais dans la chambre légèrement . Le personnel est toujours souriant, equipement good j'y retournerai ça c'est sûr !

This is a nice gotel, buildt in a traditional style with mixed old materials. If you imagine a ordinary five star hotel, you might be disapointed, and in Spain it might only have four star. Even though it is nice and a bit hip. The roof terrase is fantastic, level of service is really good. The food was good for a lunch, but I was disapointed when they brouht the same menu for the dinner. But there are loads of quality restaurants in th area, such as Crystal Lounge, a michelin two star restaurant in the neighbour building, in the same house (and same kirchen) a traditional Maroqean restaurant and around the corner you will find the most amazing asian restaurant "The Red Sun"

Das Hotel liegt außerhalb am Stadtrand. Eine Bushaltestelle ist nicht in der Nähe, so dass man auf den Shuttlebus des Hotels oder ein anderes Taxi angewiesen ist. Zu Fuß in die Stadt ist es einfach zu weit (ca. 1 Stunde). Zuerst bekamen wir ein Zimmer mit 2 Fensterattrappen nach außen und einem Fenster zum Flur, eine sehr dunkle und höhlenhafte Atmosphäre. Nach massivem Protest bekamen wir am nächsten Tag ein anderes Zimmer mit Fenster nach außen. Die Zimmer waren einfachst ausgestattet, eine Kaffeemaschine oder Wasserkocher gab es nicht. Im ersten Zimmer war die Toilette nicht im Boden verankert. In den Bädern beider Zimmer stand man beim Duschen im Duschwasser, das nur sehr langsam abfloss. Die gewechselten Bade- und Handtücher waren nass. Nachdem ich sie zur Rezeption gebracht hatte warf man sie nochmals in einen Trockner, so dass wir nach ca. eineinhalb Stunden (mittlerweile fast Mitternacht)trockene Handtücher hatten. Die Angaben auf der Homepage stimmen auch in Bezug zur Ausstattung nicht: Es gab keinen Schreibtisch, kein Bidet und die Dusche war nur für Menschen über 180 cm zu benutzen, da eine Duschstange nicht vorhanden war. Der Zimmerservice war meist am Abend. Dass Frühstück entsprach nicht der Reichhaltigkeit eines gewöhnlichen kontinentalen Frühstücks. Die Angestellten waren bis auf eine Ausnahme sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Dies hilft jedoch nicht, die sehr enttäuschten Erwartungen zu besänftigen. Im internationalen Vergleich hätte dieses Hotel bestenfalls 2 Sterne verdient; deshalb war auch der Preis viel zu hoch. Niemals wieder!

Un deux étoiles très loin du centre
Renseigné 5 étoiles sur ce site, l'hôtel est en réalité un 2, maximum 3 étoiles, à une heure à pied de la médina (ou 5 euros de taxi), dans un nouveau site touristique en pleine construction... et travaux bruyants. La plupart des chambres n'ont pas de fenêtre donnant sur l'extérieur, seulement sur un patio mal aéré et... très bruyants. Lorsqu'on s'attend à un 5 étoile, on est très très désagréablement surpris. Le prix promotionnel très bas (vu la distance et les travaux environnants) amène une clientèle style 2 étoiles (pas de commentaires désobligeants mais quand même: style chemisettes et soirées bière - gros rires jusqu'aux petites heures). Quant à la piscine... c'est une marre aux canards sur le toit de l'hôtel. Petit cadeau supplémentaire: une taxe spéciale de "promotion touristique" (34 dirams/nuit/personne) à payer sur place. A EVITER !

Loin du centre et des principaux sites touristiques.Chambre aveugle et mal insonorisée où nous avons été génés par la musique jusqu'à une heure tardive.Parties communes très chaudes. Petite piscine,aux parois noirâtres, sur la terrasse, sans végétation. Minuscule salle à manger ouverte sur le hall. Personnel aimable mais incompétent :Cet hôtel ne merite pas ses étoiles!!!

Si vous cherchez de l'exotisme,ce n'est pas le bon endroit.Pour la calme ,oui et ceci à prix correct
Si vous ne désirez pas vous plonger dans le MARRAKESH "touristico marocain" mais avoir la paix dans un joli décor en ne négligeant pas l'impact financier et perte de temps des navettes régulières mais obligatoires pour se rendre en ville,c'est une alternative à mettre en ligne.
