They still accommodated me at the price I was quoted. I was thankful for that. Very helpful, friendly and welcoming. Personally I would pick a different place because I'm a big tall guy and need a high soft bed. And tv since I'm american lol. We mainly booked this Riad due to the location, as it is walking distance to everything there is to see in downtown Marrakesh. Pictures prior to booking made it look fantastic but upon arrival it was rather different and there were no toiletries except for a clear plastic bottle with some soap in the bath. Room was cleaned daily and fresh towels provided. A/C did work without issues. Breakfast was small and simple, and one morning the young man preparing it served the crepes, coffee and milk cold so it was thoroughly disappointing even if it is a complimentary breakfast. Clean and the staff was great. Aziza is the cook and such a lovely woman. The mint tea in the afternoon was great. There were only a few, very minor, issues - we had wanted a few beers that were on their menu but there were none. The shower curtain was hard to use and the towel hook was coming out the of wall and in need of repair. Very minor issues and these issues would not keep me from staying here again.
