The host, Laurence, and the smiling, hardworking staff really make you feel like you're home. Marrakech can be difficult to navigate for some, but Laurence helps with reservations, airport transfers, planning your days, and giving you a sense of what things like taxis should cost (ask her otherwise you're bound to get heavily ripped off). She gives you a local cell phone so that you always have the comfort of being able to call the Riad if you're stuck or in need - a really thoughtful service to provide. The Riad is peaceful, the beds are comfortable, and breakfast is included. The location is excellent, being situated just minutes walking distance to the tombs, palace, and medina. The only negative is that the water pressure in the showers is a little low, otherwise this Riad is an A++!
