Woild definitely recommend Riad Chalymar to any travellers visiting Marrakech. ##### Andy Stayed 4 nights in Mar 2024 ### 2/10 Terrible #### Rana 30 Dec 2022 Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### Worst experience in Marrakech It was the worst experience ever after booking i have tried to call them many times to confirm the location and ask them to assist with my luggage many times however there was no response. And once arrived the Riad was actually in a bad condition and not ready for guests at all. To my surprise and after 25 mins of walking to find the Riad the lady there said that sorry the bed is broken and we can't have you here. They have moved us somewhere else! Which was an average and not to my standards however better than sleeping on the road!. Not sure how they have opened the place on Hotels.com and how they accepted the reservation. This has impacted my trust with Hotels.com and I am more upset from them rather than the Riad itself! ##### Rana Stayed 1 night in Dec 2022 ### 10/10 Excellent #### Yvette 27 May 2018 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### Traditional Riad with a warm welcome We wanted to experience a stay in a traditional Riad and this Riad was highly recommended on Trip Advisor. We stayed in one of the junior suites. The whole experience was excellent. The Riad was based in the heart of the medina. The staff made us feel very welcome and we immediately felt at home. The staff went out of their way to help us, even coming to find us when we got lost! The Rooms were cleaned everyday, even changing the towels and bedding. We received a different, freshly prepared, Moroccan breakfast every morning.
