An excellent hotel stay that was comfortable from start to finish. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and beautifully designed. Staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The room was spacious, cozy, and provided everything needed for a relaxing stay. Ashraf was amazing, who was there to look after us the whole time, best service. Overall, a wonderful experience and a hotel I would gladly stay at again.

Everything was wonderful. The riad is absolutely beautiful and has everything you could need. The staff cleaned our room every morning and left if absolutely spotless. Breakfast was great as well. We loved that it was something different every day. Every single person working there is an absolute gem. They are a friendly, smiley, helpful, warm bunch and do everything to make you feel as welcomed as possible!

The staff here are absolutely amazing—so welcoming and helpful! However, the building itself is showing its age and could really use some maintenance. I struggled with inconsistent warm water while bathing, which made it quite difficult to stay comfortable as the weather turned colder over the last few days.
