It’s a small hotel in the Medina located directly on the main road, so it’s very easy to find. It’s about 400 metres from the main square, Jamaa El Fnaa, which makes the location extremely convenient. Being right next to the Medina and so close to the city’s biggest attraction is the key advantage here.
The staff were excellent, check‑in was simple, and check‑out was straightforward. I would recommend this hotel. The main highlight is the location, it’s truly prime.
Location is great and the room was clean, reason why I booked again. However they seem to overbook the rooms as it happened twice to us ,this April and September ,arrived and another room was given to me instead! Unaceptable but Must say the issue was resolved by the next day .Also booked and payed a taxi for early airport pickup with the day time young female but taxi never showed up !!Thanks to the young male night receptionist for sorting it out without further delays...
The room smelled like the bathroom, lots of noise from the street, no towels at all, little toilet paper. You get what you pay for. The staff was kind however.
It was the worse experience ever. The hotel which I booked was unavailable, outside looks like a ruine and when I went there and the lady from reception said the room which I booked is leaking and she took me to another hotel. As she doesn't know english she called a men which I spoke with on the phone, he apologise for the inconvenience and he said that I'll be comfortable in the other hotel. I asked him why nobody didn't let me know before about this change as I sent an email few days before to ask if I can check-in earlier. No explanation at all. To the other hotel toilet basin was broken, dirty walls, a lot of noise till late in the night and early in the morning, the internet was ok in the first day and next morning, next days no internet till the morning I returned home (I've been there 5 nights). The lady which I met to reception doesn't know english, she used google translate to communicate with me. When I asked her to come to see the toilet she told me that she will change my room when the cleaner will finish to clean another room. I went to drink a coffee and when I came back she told me that she can't give me another room because it was already booked and she didn't know!!! She asked me to pay 200 dirham(20 euros) for city/local tax, I show her the receipt and I told her that I'll not pay more than 9,87$ like in the receipt (the booking was made for 2 persons). She sent my receipt by phone to another person and spoke with the person she didn't asked me pay anything

Vielen Dank an euch alle!
Erinomainen kokemus!
