Adil was an absolute legend and helped us with everything the 5 days we were there, if we had any question we could always go to him or other staff, they all were super nice, I recommend this place a lot for couples or families, the pool and the bar area are straight out of a movie and the fact is out of the Medina it really gives peaceful oasis vibes
All in all a good Hotel and friendly stuff. Breakfast was absolutely ok, the garden and the pool beautyful.
The water in the bathroom was sometimes very slow and the bathroom sometimes Not so clean.
I can recommend the hotel at all.
The pool and the room were very nice, hotel is quiet. However, we found the service was pretty poor. No one gave us a tour of the complex when we arrived and no one was ever around.
I am a vegetarian and they served me a non vegetarian pizza (when I specifically asked for the vegetarian one), unapologetically. Food also took over an hour to arrive even for only a cheese panini and chips, when there were only two other people in the restaurant.
We booked the hotel on the promise of free airport transfer but as we apparently got a room upgrade (there was no one staying in the hotel at this time anyways), they told us we had to pay for our taxi rides.
The manager also did not bother opening a tab for us and tried to charge us for food we never ordered which we found was a bit odd.
Overall quite disappointed and would not have paid that price given that we had a much better service in a Riad for less.
Very disappointed by this hotel which is far from city centre and does not have the benefit to be quiet. It is very close from route de l ourika a very busy road. Meaning we could hear the cars all night... Might have been a good place but many years ago.
Chambre décor traditionnel super. Parc bien entretenu. Accueil sympathique.
