Excellent retreat from the bustle of Marrakesh

This was our second stay here, after 10 days at the start of 2017. This was a shorter visit, two days only, but once again we had a lovely time. The rooms are spacious and good value (we stayed in the Royal Suite last year and the Junior Suite this time around). The pool is great for kids - and adults - as it's heated, something which many pools in Morocco aren't. There's nice grounds with lots of roses, in addition to a separate jacuzzi, table tennis table, Touareg-style tent, and even a putting green with four holes on. Breakfasts are good, though get a bit samey after a few days (like much of Morocco). Lunch/dinner menu isn't extensive, although the food is decent enough. You can also buy wine/cocktails/beer at reasonable prices as well. The staff, in particular Nasir & Yousef, are great & very friendly. The location is good if you want to get out of the hustle and bustle of central Marrakesh. It's probably a 15-20 min car ride into the centre of town, but that's what we wanted. There's not much else around though so be prepared to sort taxis if you don't have a car. There's good access to the Atlas mountains, and the Ourika Valley is another highlight for us (spectacular gorge with a river running down it, dotted with nuts restaurants and framed by the High Atlas). All in all a great place & one we'll return to again in future!

Ce n'est PS un hôtel, c'est une maison d hôtes

Trop, trop loin de tout. PS de cash machine, service minimum, le garçon de la réception fait tout y compris le service. C'est perdu dans un bout de route ou il n'y a abs3rien à faire au tour à moins de 30 mn de taxi.

a place that I will come back agsin!

Super pretty rooms! The garden is very pretty too and is equipped with many outdoor activities and plants. The dinner is great too! This is a place that worth staying one more day just to enjoy what the hotel has to offer! The only thing is, there was mostly only one staff when we visited, he was the front door guard, the receptionist, the restaurant waiter, and the house keeping. So there was no full induction on the hotel facilities when we checked in which we really like to have more (we were lucky that we met a very nice gentleman who introduce us the place as he is a friend of the owner). We did experienced difficulties in finding a person when we need some assistance.

Great hotel with friendly staff

Brilliant hotel and well trained staff who will go beyond and above to serve you. The breakfast was nice as that's all I had from the hotel. The only down side is that the hotel is so far away from Marrakech and unless you have your own transport I wouldn't recommend it as a taxi to Marrakech would cost 250 MAD. Otherwise it's little hidden gem and would definitely go back. Thank you Yusuf for helping me throughout my stay and the rest of the staff.
