Just returned from 4 nights at Dar Seven. The hotel is quite difficult to find, so the staff will come and meet you and take you to the hotel. Once you make the trip several times it becomes easier to find. The staff will offer to walk you to restaurants, come pick you up, or arrange taxi/tuk tuk service for you. Be aware they will not help negotiate a good rate for you. As a tourist in Morocco, everyone is trying to separate your money from you. My experience at other riads was that the owner would tell you what to pay to keep you from being overcharged. This was not the case here. The hotel itself was very nice and very clean. The breakfast could be better, if you asked me. They offered bread (a lot of bread), eggs, nice orange juice, but not enough protein for my liking.
Pros: The room was fantastic. The inside of the building is beautiful. The layout is super cool and very unique. Very clean, good shower.
Cons: The staff could look out for their guests best interest to keep them from being charged ridiculous amounts of money for taxi/tuk tuk service.
Location: The location is a 10-15 minute from the Souk (main shopping square). The riad is tucked away down some rather small non-touristy streets.
