Our stay at Riad Dar Mo’da was enchanting. The Riad is as advertised. Magical ambience, amazing staff, very clean, good location / smack in the middle of great places, restaurants et al. Mohammed, the manager of the Riad, was exceptional in service delivery. He made our stay really comfortable, and recommended great restaurants for fine dining. Airport transfer and moving around Marrakech was seamless, also thanks to Mohammed. Definitely one of my best stays in years! Great space! Great people! I strongly recommend.

This was an excellent experience. The staff were so kind and generous. Mohammed (the concierge) was extremely thoughtful and helpful. I had gotten sick during my stay and all of the staff were so kind and sweet. I would 100% recommend.

Fantastic hotel

The hotel is centrally located in the old town. The hotel staff are fantastic, so friendly and helpful. The hotel offers a wonderful setting to enjoy the peace and quiet. Breakfast was enjoyed on the roof terrace.

I never write reviews but I was so impressed with dar mode that I had to write a review. Mohammad was so warm, attentive, friendly, helpful and everyone at the Raid took such amazing care of us. Always smiling always warm and the property was absolutely beautiful , clean and so well maintained and taken care of. You could feel the love and care. The location was amazing close to so many places to visit. Thank you from Kurt and Alison we will be back one day.

This place is like moving into a small palace with your won private butler and a super staff. Cannot recommend enough. The atmosphere, the cleanliness, the tranquility in the middle of Marrakesh. Go, go, go! Also very much value for money. The daily manager was super professional, always around but never "too much" or overplaying, simply just a really pleasant and professional and clever provider or anthing you needed. Went one night to Selman - and it is of course amazing, but no towelheater and no Mohamed!. The design at Selmans is grand, but we would any day prefer the stylish tranquility of Dar Moda. Thank you to all staff.

This property is a real gem. It is beautiful, well situated in the Medina and the staff are just excellent. They are very service oriented and are always available to assist with any requests. The manager Mohamed is wonderful. The rooftop pool is a bit small for swimming but really nice to cool off when the weather is hot. Breakfast is served on the rooftop. It is varied, very tasty and copious enough to serve as breakfast and lunch. We would highly recommend this riad if you want to spoil yourselves while in Marrakech.

An Oasis of tranquility inside the Medina

We loved our stay at Dar Mo’da. We've never been treated so well. Mohamed was extremely welcoming and helpful. He gave us excellent information. And after exploring the city, they always welcomed us with a delicious Moroccan tea. All the staff is very friendly. Breakfast was very good and dinner was delicious, with fresh, homemade food. The hotel is very well located and tastefully decorated. If we ever return to Marrakech, we will definitely stay again in this gem of a Riad. Thank you for an unforgettable stay.

Perfect Marrakech Riad

Simply incredible. Exceeded our expectations in every facet. Like having your own family home in Marrakech. Great location in the heart of the Médina but oasis of calm once behind the door. Just back from a 3 night stay at Dar Mo’da. This is a beautifully restored riad very well located in a lovely and quiet but buzzy part of the Medina. Mo, the manager couldn’t have been more helpful. All the staff were so pleasant and welcoming. I travelled with my daughter and it was a lovely place to retreat to after a day in the souks. Mo organised an airport driver and booked lovely restaurants and various excursions. Highly recommend visit to Les Jardins Secrets and the YSL gardens and Berber museum. We loved it. Would recommend and hope to return soon! Thank you to everyone at Dar Mo’da ❤️

Our stay at Riad Dar Mo’da in Marrakesh was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and care—Mohamed went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our visit was perfect. His thoughtfulness truly made us feel at home. We stayed in the Terrace Room, which was incredibly quiet and private—an oasis of calm in the heart of the Medina. The room was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated, with fresh fruit, water, and flowers awaiting us every day. Breakfast each morning exceeded our expectations: fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The entire Riad is stunning—peaceful, beautifully designed, and full of cozy spots to relax and unwind. The location couldn’t be better. Just a short walk to the souks, restaurants, and major attractions, yet tucked away enough to offer total tranquility. Riad Dar Mo’da is a true gem. This is hands down the Best place I have ever stayed in my life. 10 ⭐️. Beautiful, clean, well designed rooms. Breakfast personally cooked and brought to you on the terrace each morning. If you need reservations, transportation, advice about shopping, etc. Mohammed is at your service and greeting you will a smile every morning and when you come back. Their staff personally hauls your luggage’s and walks you to meet your driver. I’m from the US and have high standards when traveling, Dar Mo’da is so Exceptional that I’ve now raised my bar and doubt I will ever find a place more wonderfully. I’m already planning a trip back, just to stay at Dar Mo’da. Thank you for making me and my son’s stay Extraordinary.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dar Mo’da!! Everything was taken care of, and we felt pampered! The Riad itself are beautiful and so well maintained. The staff couldn’t be more sweet and service minded and really wanted us to enjoy our days in Marrakech! The manager Mounaim was extremely kind and was ready to help us with everything we would feel like.. restaurant bookings, shuttle service, tickets booked online for sightseeing and arranging massage for us at the hotel (highly recommended, a very competent and clever masseuse 👍) We loved our stay, the beautiful mornings on the roof terrace, and the perfect position in the old picturesque part of Marrakech with old shops, good shopping opportunities and restaurants! Couldn’t recommend it more, we really hope to be back! John & Anette, Denmark!

We came to Morroco to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. The Dar Mo’da did not disappoint. We stayed in the rooftop apartment which was one of the best rooms ever! Every detail was thought of. Especially the sunrise overlooking the Medina at the head of the bed, was AMAZING! Also, I can’t say enough about the staff. We were cared for by a diligent and dedicated team. Especially, Mohamed! Hands down, the best host I can remember in all my global travels. He cares for the property and guests like he was an owner. He showed genuine interest in the guests and was a complete professional. Having toured the world in the music business, you can take my word for it!
