#### Dit hotel is een regelrechte ramp.

Toen we aankwamen, was er niemand van het personeel aanwezig. Andere hotelgasten lieten ons binnen. Na 1uur wachten kwam een persoon toe die vertelde dat alle kamers volzet waren (ondanks onze reservatie). We waren blijkbaar niet de enige, de afgelopen 5 dagen waren verschillende boekingen 'vergeten'. De eigenaar van het hotel was onbereikbaar. Alle personeel die we spraken, getuigden hoe vreselijk het is om voor dit hotel te werken. De eigenaar/baas is onrespectvol naar hen toe en er zijn voortdurend problemen met boekingen en andere diensten. Dit hotel absoluut vermijden! Er kwam geen degelijke oplossing uit de bus, uiteindelijk zijn we zelf naar een ander hotel op zoek gegaan.

#### Een plek om thuis te komen.

Deze Riad ziet er niet alleen mooi uit, de gastvrouw zorgt er voor dat je je enorm welkom voelt. Na alle drukte in de medina is dit echt een rustige oase. Wel moeilijk te vinden, dus je laten ophalen vanaf de taxi is wel aangeraden. Wij hebben de transfer via haar geregeld waarop zij ons ophaalde vanaf de taxi.
