Choose between the two holiday apartments: “Lissi” on the 1st floor, which sleeps up to 6 people, or “Lomasi” on the ground floor, which sleeps up to 4 people.

Our outdoor area will be completed in the fall of 2025 and will then offer a fabulous and peaceful place to relax.
Shopping options and the town centre, with its diverse selection of dining options, are located right near Haus Tala.
Lake Chiemsee is a 15-minute drive away, and Salzburg is 25 minutes away. Please also explore Reit im Winkl, the Winklmoosalm, Rupolding, or Kufstein in Tyrol, as well as Berchtesgaden or Bad Reichenhall—all within easy reach.
Marquartstein and the surrounding area offer stunning scenery and wonderful biking and hiking trails. The Hochplattenbahn is just a few minutes away. Rafting, canoeing, swimming, golf, sailing, paragliding, fishing, and much more are available in town or in the surrounding area. Discover the wide range of recreational activities for all ages in this region—any time of year.

Enjoy the beautiful surroundings on the spacious terrace with a glass of wine. The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing delicious meals. The open layout and tasteful furnishings of the living/dining area promise a cosy get-together. You can also take advantage of the available TV streaming services. From the apartment, you can plan and set out on your hiking or biking adventures with ease.
You’ll park in the spacious car park and walk past the house to the front of the building, where the entrance is located. After opening the front door, you’ll reach your Lomasi apartment on the ground floor through the entrance door straight ahead. Inside the apartment, you’ll first enter the hallway, from which you’ll see the entrance to the spacious living/dining area straight ahead. On the left is the bedroom with a double bed. On the right side of the hallway are the bathroom and kitchen. The living/dining area and kitchen are connected by a passageway. From the living/dining area, you have access to the beautiful, large terrace. You can also enter or exit the Lomasi apartment directly through the lockable patio door.
