Extra-large 4,000 sq ft all-season cottage on 9 private acres with forest, pink quartz rocks, crown land trails, hidden lakes, and breathtaking views. Perfect for family gatherings, birthdays, or remote retreats. Explore the trails, relax in the authentic wood-burning sauna, watch sunsets, stargaze by the fire pit, and enjoy fireflies at night. Fall asleep to frogs and crickets, you may even spot a fox or deer!

Inside: 5 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 3 bathrooms, a cozy living room, a family room that can convert into an extra bedroom, and a game room. Two dining areas make it easy to share meals. Entertainment includes a Ping-Pong table, Pool table, and karaoke.

Outside: 2 gazebos, fire pits, propane & charcoal BBQs, plus a playground with swings, slide, monkey bars, labyrinth, trampoline, and sandbox. Direct access to crown land makes it perfect for hiking and a paradise for hunters and mushroom foragers.
