Ailecek konaklamak için Hotels.com üzerinden 3er kişilik toplam 2 oda kahvaltı dahil ve ücretsiz otopark garantili oda rezervasyonu yaptık. Ancak otele adım attığımız andan itibaren tam bir kabus yaşadık: ​Yatak ve Oda Rezaleti: Eşimle ailecek kalmaya gelmemize rağmen bize 3 kişilik oda yerine 2 adet tek kişilik ayrı yatağı olan bir oda verildi. Eşimle ayrı yataklarda yatmak zorunda kaldık. ​Otopark Yalanı: Hotels.com'da "Ücretsiz Otopark" yazmasına rağmen otelin otoparkı veya valesi yok. Aracımızı yandaki hastanenin ücretli otoparkına çekmek zorunda kaldık. Sonra şikayet üzerine otelin önünde yer ayarladılar. ​Kabul Edilemez Saygısızlık: Sabah kahvaltıya indiğimizde sistemde "Kahvaltı Dahil" yazmasına rağmen resepsiyondakiler zorluk çıkardı. Sonradan gelen bir yetkili, sanki sadaka veriyormuş gibi yüzümüze karşı lütfeder edayla "bırak yesinler" şeklinde son derece terbiyesiz ve aşağılayıcı bir ifade kullandı. ​Hotels.com canlı destek üzerinden otelle iletişim kurmaya çalışmamıza rağmen otel "doluyuz" diyerek hiçbir çözüm üretmedi ve suçu tamamen Hotels.com’a attı. Paranızla rezil olmak, ailenizin huzurunun kaçmasını ve lütfeder gibi hakaret işitmek istemiyorsanız bu otelin yakınından bile geçmeyin. Hotels.com'un bu tarz işletmeleri platformunda barındırması tam bir fiyasko. Dönüşte tüm yasal haklarımı Tüketici Hakem Heyeti ve Kültür ve Turizm Bakanlığı nezdinde arayacağım. Tuvaletin musluğu çalışmıyor, odanın ortasında su birikintisi var. Bunları saymıyorum bile.

Cok rezil bir otel.

Rezalet bir otel temizlik yok genelde ingilizler kaliyor ve acayip pis.odanin carsaflari,dusu,banyosu cok kotu durumda.resepsiyon ilgili ama otelin sartlari berbat otesi.

ne yaparsanız yapın, ne kadar çaresiz olursanız olun bu otele gelmeyin. sadece kötü olsa yine tamam, ama çalışanların da dünya yansa umrunda değil. aniden odanızda bir başka insan bulabilir, kapıyı açan kartlar çalışmadığı için saatlerce odanın dışında bekleyebilirsiniz.

Mit ophold gik galt lige fra ankomst. Der var ingen engelsktalende personale i receptionen så de ville give os 1 værelse i stedet for 2, så fik vi dobbeltværelser i stedet for 3 sengs værelser som vi havde bestilt osv. Rengøringen var dårlig (ved ankomst lå der æg i mit køleskab, så det var ikke blevet rengjort), håndklæder blev først skiftet da jeg lå de brugte på gulvet. Morgenmaden var den ringeste jeg har fået på hotel i Marmaris. Der er mange russer på hotellet.
