We’re delighted to introduce you to our two lovingly furnished holiday apartments between Berchtesgaden and Salzburg—the perfect place to unwind, recharge, and enjoy the impressive mountain scenery.

Our apartments were completely renovated in 2025 and designed with great care and attention to detail. We want you to feel right at home with us from the very first moment.

You can choose from two comfortable holiday apartments:

The “Untersbergblick” holiday apartment is cosy, modern, and equipped with high-quality amenities—ideal for feeling at ease and relaxing.
The slightly larger “Göllblick” holiday apartment also features a private balcony with a breathtaking view of the Hoher Göll and the Kehlsteinhaus.


Guests of both holiday rentals have access to the cosy terrace, which invites you to linger and relax. There you’ll find a large picnic table for shared meals outdoors and a comfortable hanging chair for two—perfect for enjoying the fresh mountain air and the peaceful atmosphere. The holiday apartments are located in the same building, and you can stay with us with up to 8 people.

Our holiday rentals offer modern comforts, including:

High-quality box-spring beds with extra-large bedding for a restful night’s sleep

A high-quality, well-equipped kitchen


Bedding, towels, Wi-Fi, and a private parking spot right next to the accommodation are, of course, included in the price.

Thanks to the central location, you can reach popular destinations such as Berchtesgaden, Königssee, the salt mine, and the city of Salzburg in no time.

We live right on-site and are happy to be there for you—whether for a quick chat, personalised sightseeing tips, or simply a warm welcome.
At the same time, our holiday apartments offer plenty of space to retreat and relax in peace if you’d rather have some time to yourselves.

Our lovingly and modernly furnished holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of our house in Marktschellenberg—in a quiet setting between Berchtesgaden and Salzburg. On the east-facing balcony, you can enjoy the morning sun and the view of the imposing Hoher Göll; from the open-concept kitchen-living room, you can look out onto the legendary Untersberg.
Sleeping Arrangements - Separate bedroom with a high-quality box-spring bed (200 x 200 cm) and extra-large premium bedding - Very comfortable sleeper sofa (160 x 200 cm) in the living area
Kitchen - Fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, ceramic cooktop, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster - Baking paper, essential spices, dishwashing utensils, tea towels, and dishwasher tablets are provided
Bathroom - Modern bathroom with a window, rain shower, and hair dryer - Washing machine with built-in dryer

Arrival & Parking - Self-check-in—you can arrive at any time, even if we’re not home - Free parking space right next to the house - Electric vehicle charging station at the house
For Families Children are very welcome here. Upon request, we provide a travel cot, high chair, changing station, bottle warmer, safety rail, and other equipment for the little ones free of charge. All electrical sockets are childproof.
Around the House The cosy terrace with a large picnic table and a hanging chair for two is available to guests of both holiday apartments. Berchtesgaden, Königssee, and Salzburg are within easy reach; the bus stop is only 300 m away. We live in the house ourselves and are happy to help with suggestions for day trips.
Good to Know: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed here.
Thanks to our convenient location, you can quickly reach the popular attractions in the Berchtesgaden region (e.g., Königssee, Kehlsteinhaus, the salt mine, Watzmanntherme, Jenner, the Berchtesgaden Documentation Centre, etc.) . The beautiful Austrian city of Salzburg is also just a 10-minute drive away (zoo, shopping, Hellabrunn Palace, Hohensalzburg Fortress, Getreidegasse, etc.). The “Marktschellenberg” bus stop is 300 metres away. For all sports enthusiasts, the surrounding area offers wonderful hiking and biking trails (at all difficulty levels), as well as small but excellent ski resorts in winter (Götschen, Schwarzeck, Rossfeld). Cross-country skiers will also find perfectly groomed trails in the region. Sledding is possible in both winter and summer.
We are Edith and Günther, along with our two daughters, Leonora and Josefine. We are the fourth and fifth generations to live in this house. We look forward to welcoming you to our two holiday apartments.
