Fichtelgebirge: Modern Apartment on the Outskirts, Close to Nature.

We offer our guests a modern apartment (to be completed in 2025) measuring approximately 50 square metres in a small town in the Fichtelgebirge. The holiday rental is located in a detached house with a total of two holiday rentals. There is a small terrace and lawns surrounding the house. Guests can use a parking space or, upon special request, an underground car park. Bicycles can be stored in a barn (which is not yet fully completed). Upon request, laundry can be washed and dried (for an additional fee); an ironing board and iron are available for loan. We place a high value on sustainability and environmental protection (recycling and a coffee maker that uses coffee balls). To foster socialising and interaction with others, we offer common areas with a well-equipped kitchen, dining table, bar, reading corner, game area, and an additional bathroom. The city offers a full range of shopping options, sports and recreational activities, doctors, a hospital, a cinema, and plenty of nature. The proximity to the Czech Republic makes trips there appealing. We’d be happy to give you some tips.
