Our 85 m² holiday home is in a small settlement and accommodates up to 3 guests with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen offers a coffee maker, a filter machine, and a capsule coffee machine for your convenience.



Kulkwitzer See is just 1.5 km away, with more lakes nearby. Belantis Park promises adventure for all ages. Water skiing, canoeing, and other leisure activities are easy to reach. Enjoy culture and fine dining in Leipzig’s city center. After a day full of experiences, relax in our pet-free apartment. A coffee or tea on the balcony is just right. Read a book in the seating area or enjoy a chat to end your day. A short walk through our woodland neighborhood is a good choice. By bike or car, you’ll quickly reach good restaurants.



Parking is available directly at the house with a shared parking space and on the street. There is a communal bike storage room. Our neighborhood is quiet. The tram is 2 km away with parking available. Taxis can also be booked. We are happy to assist you and welcome friendly, open-minded guests who respect others’ values.
