"Lovely hotel, beautifully decorated. Attentive and polite staff. We had dinner in their Antlers restaurant twice and it was first class but not cheap. Central location beside the cathedral. Secure car parking. "

"I had stayed here previously a few years ago and was surprised to find how run down this hotel was. The layout of reception etc… had changed now requiring going up and down lots of stairs. Our beds had seen better days. The paint was peeling off our bathroom door and the television unit. The shower was freezing and shot water all over the bathroom floor. Breakfast was welcome to the 70’s era. Stale cornflakes and tinned mandarins. My husband ordered Eggs Benedict off the made to order menu and the eggs were rock solid. Totally inedible. We won’t be returning. "

"Clean and functional room and hotel, good breakfast, peaceful setting and next to canal and next to Burton waters marina which is lovely and has good restaurants. Approx 10 minutes drive into Lincoln, also the 77 bus stops at the hotel for Lincoln, "

"I was using the Park just as a base so would not be fair to comment further on it as a holiday venue, that said there were lots of happy faces, everyone seemed occupied with events of an evening. Child and dog friendly with the former having their own entertainment programme. My mobile home was clean, well equipped for what I needed and I could park outside the accommodation. As I say it was a base and I went out every day, didn't use any of the facilities aside from the bar for a beer and snack and that was good quality and reasonably priced. Staff at reception were helpful and there is a shop on site that, given it has a closed market, seemed very reasonable and well stocked. I had a fun even though I am not sure I was there so to do!"
