The 100 m² apartment on the first floor consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (each with an additional single bed) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Please note that the second bedroom and the second bathroom are only available for groups of 4 or more guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a fireplace, a television and a highchair. Due to the great location in the centre of Markdorf, you can reach supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, cafés and restaurants on foot within 5 minutes (400 m). The train station is 600 m or an 8-minute walk away. You will reach the closest beach of Lake Constance after 8 km or a 12-minute drive to the little town of Immenstaad. Here you can take refreshing swims in the clear blue water and enjoy the wonderful panorama with views of the Swiss Alps. After 12 km or a 15-minute drive to the ferry terminal in Meersburg, you can cross the lake to Konstanz. The city is famous for its picturesque old town centre with historical buildings and a medieval cathedral. The pretty lakeside town of Friedrichshafen is a 14-minute train ride away, where you can stroll about the lovely promenades and visit the Zeppelin museum. A zoo, Affenberg Salem, is 16.4 km or a 21-minute drive west of the farm. The beautiful Lake Constance region offers plenty of opportunities for hiking and cycling, and in winter, you can also go skiing only a 21-minute drive (17.5 km) from the apartment. Parking spaces are available on the property. Pets can be allowed on prior request. Wird die Wohnung von mehr Personen genutzt, gibt es noch ein zusätzliches, kleines Bad. Man konnte viel in der Wohnung entdecken. Viele Verzierungen. Cons: Leider war die Küche nicht gut ausgestattet. Dies werde ich der Vermieterin jedoch noch mitteilen. Zu Ostern war der Osterhase da und brachte zwei Nester mit Schokolade…🐰😉 Sehr nette Vermieterin! Cons: Die Wendeltreppe ist nicht fachgerecht gebaut, zwei Trittstufen haben eine zu geringe Auftrittstiefe, zwischen den Stufen und der Wand ist im oberen Drittel ein offener Zwischenraum ohne Geländer. Die Ferienwohnung entsprach in vollem Umfang der Beschreibung: eine besondere, individuelle Unterkunft inmitten der kleinen Altstadt, die für eine vierköpfige Familie ausreichend Platz bot und sich als idealer Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen rund um den See erwies. Das Wohnzimmer haben wir nicht benutzt weil es einfach zu unfreundlich ist. Meiner Meinung nach wurde bei der Aufnahme in diesem Zimmer ordentlich mit zusätzlichen Scheinwerfern nachgeholfen. Wir haben dann auch die Wohnung 4 Tage früher als vereinbart verlassen.
