The staff was so helpful, including the front desk, housekeeping, and the breakfast service staff. During this vacation I stay in 4 different economy class hotels, and the breakfast service was definitely the best at the Holiday Inn Express in Marion. The other properties that I stayed at included the Courtyard by Marriott, the Aloft by Marriott, and the Springhill Suites by Marriott. While the buffet did not compete with first class hotel breakfasts, it was superior to similar class hotel. As a loyal and longtime Marriott guest I was delighted and surprised by this. I will definitely be staying in Holiday Inn Express hotels frequently in the future.

Excellent

The hotel was very clean. The staff went out of their way to be helpful even when we got the times wrong for breakfast. After a bad experience at a Holiday Inn we swore we would never stay at one again but this hotel has definitely changed our mind!!
