Le camere da letto sono arredate in stile moderno e ben curate nei dettagli. Nelle stesse trovassi tv a schermo piatto appesi alle pareti, climatizzatore. Nella sala da pranzo trovasi una tv a schermo piatto, un divano letto a due posti, una cucina componibile ad angolo che include un frigo, una lavastoviglie, un piano cottura, un forno ventilato, un fornetto a micro onde, annesso troviamo uno sgabuzzino con lavatoio, una lavatrice, un congelatore a pozzetto.
