Our room and the whole gigantic property was very clean, with a beautiful view, the amenities were never ending and all the staff was very nice. We were there during spring break which was a very busy time. They do seem to be understaffed everywhere. Drinks and food took a long time so just prepared for that. Concierge is helpful however they always only had 1 on so the phone was never answered if you called them. Would definitely recommend staying here.
